Version 1.0 · Effective date: 14 August 2026

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Daniiar Sherniiazov, the individual service provider identified in section 18 and operating the product under the name MixPipe ("MixPipe", "we", "us"). They cover the MixPipe application for iPhone and iPad and the MixPipe Cloud service.

Please also read our Privacy Policy. It is not part of this agreement, but it explains how we handle your data.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MixPipe.

1. Who you are contracting with

This agreement is between you and MixPipe only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for MixPipe or its content. Apple's role is described in section 17.

Contact and service-provider details are in section 18.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MixPipe.

If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use MixPipe only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who must read and accept these Terms on your behalf and who is responsible for any purchases made through your account.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

3. What MixPipe does

MixPipe lets you build a graph of nodes and generate images and video using artificial-intelligence models. There are two ways to run generations:

  • MixPipe Cloud — generations run through our servers using our provider accounts, and are paid for with Credits (section 6). A MixPipe account is required.
  • Bring-your-own-keys ("Full version") — after the one-time in-app purchase, you connect the generation and assistant providers supported by this app. Generations do not pass through our servers, generated media stays in local app storage, and Credits are not involved (section 7).

Local editing, the timeline, local effects, imports and exports do not spend Credits. The current first-run flow still requires an account after onboarding.

4. Your account

The current first-run flow requires an account, which you can create with Sign in with Apple or an email address and password. Signing out does not delete projects and media already stored locally on the device.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share, sell or transfer it.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, your cloud projects and your cloud media, and cancels any unused Credits. It does not cancel an App Store subscription — you must cancel that in your Apple Account settings — and it does not delete records we are required by law to keep, such as transaction records retained for tax and accounting purposes. Files stored locally on your device are unaffected.

5. Payments

Apple is the seller. All subscriptions and Credit packs are sold as in-app purchases by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Prices, plans and what each plan includes are shown in the app before purchase and may change for future purchase periods.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own policies, including any right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase. We cannot issue, refuse or reverse an App Store refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to digital content that is not as described or not working as it should, are not affected by these Terms — if something we supply is faulty, contact us at support@monomixai.com and we will put it right.

Consumption data. When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may ask us for information about how much of the purchase you have used — for example how many Credits were delivered and how many you have spent. By accepting these Terms you agree that we may provide Apple with that information so that Apple can decide your request. We share nothing beyond what Apple requests for that purpose; see the Privacy Policy.

6. Credits

Credits are an internal unit of account used to pay for generations in MixPipe Cloud. Credits are not money, not a payment instrument and not a voucher. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, sold or given away.

When a Credit is spent. A Credit is treated as used if, and only if, the generation provider has charged us for that request. In practice:

  • Technical failures. If a generation fails because of a network error, a timeout, a provider outage or a fault on our side, or if you cancel before it starts, the provider does not charge us and the Credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Requests refused by content moderation. If a request is refused before the model runs — because it breaks the content rules in Appendix A or the provider's own policy — the provider does not charge us and the Credits are returned. If a model has already run and been charged for, and the result is then withheld by a safety filter, the Credits for that run are used and are not returned.
  • Successful generations. Credits are used, whether or not you like the result. Generative models are unpredictable (section 10); an unsatisfying result is not a fault.

Expiry. Credits do not expire while your account exists. Credits included with a subscription remain available after the subscription ends or is cancelled. Credits are cancelled when you delete your account.

Refunds and negative balances. If Apple refunds a purchase, we cancel the Credits granted for it. If those Credits have already been spent, your balance becomes negative by that amount. While your balance is negative you cannot start new generations in MixPipe Cloud; the balance is cleared by your next purchase or subscription renewal. A negative balance is an internal accounting entry only: it is not a debt, we will not invoice you for it and we will not pursue you for payment. It never affects the Full version, files already generated, your ability to export them, or your ability to delete your account.

We will not put your balance into the negative where the refund follows a fault on our side or a problem with the service. In that case the Credits are simply cancelled.

Repeated abuse of refunds may lead to suspension under section 13.

7. Full version (your own keys)

If you buy the Full version, you can connect your own provider account. In that case:

  • your API keys are stored in the Keychain on your device and are never sent to our servers;
  • your relationship with that provider is your own — you accept their terms and you pay their bills directly;
  • generations do not pass through MixPipe Cloud, and we cannot see, moderate, recover or support them;
  • the content rules in Appendix A still apply to what you create with MixPipe.

The Full version is a licence to unlock features of this app. It is not a sale of, or a promise of continued access to, any third-party service.

8. Acceptable use of the service

Do not: use MixPipe through bots, scrapers or automated clients; resell Credits or access to your account; work around device limits, trial limits, rate limits or Credit accounting; probe, overload or disrupt our systems; reverse-engineer the app except to the extent that mandatory law allows; or use MixPipe to break the law.

9. Your content and your results

You keep your content. The prompts you write, the files you upload and the results you generate remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display your content only to the extent needed to run the service for you — for example to send a prompt to the generation provider, to store a result in your cloud library and to show it on your devices. This licence ends when the content is deleted.

Community and showcase are opt-in. We will not publish your work, use it in our examples, in the template catalogue, in marketing or anywhere else unless you switch on publication for that specific item. You can withdraw it later; we will stop using it, although copies already downloaded by other users are outside our control.

A note about rights in generated output. In some countries material produced by an AI model without meaningful human creative input may not attract copyright protection at all. We do not promise that you own exclusive rights in a result — we promise only that we do not claim rights in it and do not restrict how you use it, subject to the terms of the model provider whose model produced it.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any image, video or other material you upload.

10. Artificial intelligence: what we do and do not promise

Generative models are probabilistic. The same prompt can produce different results, different users can produce similar results, and results may be inaccurate, unrealistic or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not warrant that any result is unique, accurate, or fit for any particular use, and you should review results before relying on or publishing them.

Results are marked as AI-generated. Files exported from MixPipe carry metadata identifying them as synthetic media. Do not remove that marking. Where the law requires you to disclose that published material is AI-generated — in particular for realistic depictions of people, places or events — that disclosure is your responsibility.

The assistant is an AI. The MixPipe assistant is an automated system, not a person. Its suggestions are not professional advice.

11. Content rules

Appendix A forms part of these Terms. Breaking it is a breach of this agreement.

We rely on the safety systems of the providers whose models we call, which refuse requests that break their policies. We do not review every generation, and refusal by a provider is not a fault of the app.

Reporting. If a result concerns you, or you believe content produced with MixPipe infringes your rights or depicts you without your consent, contact support@monomixai.com. Include the generation identifier shown next to the result where you can. We respond to reports about unlawful content, and about material depicting an identifiable person without consent, as a priority.

12. Third-party services

To run MixPipe Cloud we use service providers, including the model provider fal.ai and, for the assistant, OpenRouter. Prompts, uploaded files and the parameters of your request are sent to them so that your request can be carried out. The Privacy Policy lists our providers and explains the transfers.

Their outages, changes and policy decisions affect what MixPipe can do. We may add, replace or remove models and providers.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms — in particular Appendix A — that is used fraudulently, or that abuses refunds or trial limits. Except where the law or an urgent risk requires otherwise, we will tell you the reason and give you a way to respond by writing to support@monomixai.com.

If we close your account without cause, or you close it because we made a material change you did not accept, you keep access to Credits you paid for, or we will help you seek a refund from Apple, as described in section 15.

You may stop using MixPipe at any time.

14. Disclaimers and liability

MixPipe is provided with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, or that a generation will succeed.

We are liable to you for damage we cause by breaking this agreement, to the extent the law makes us liable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intentional or grossly negligent acts, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, for content you generate or publish, or for the acts of third-party providers.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms — for example when features, providers or legal requirements change.

We will publish the new version and tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless a change is required by law sooner or is purely a correction. For a material change we will ask you to accept the new version; if you do not, you can stop using MixPipe and delete your account. In that case Credits you have already paid for remain usable for at least 90 days, or we will support your refund request to Apple.

Continuing to use MixPipe after a non-material change takes effect means you accept it. This version stays available at https://mixpipe.monomixai.com/legal/archive/terms/1.0.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We will bring any claim against a consumer only in the courts of the country where they live.

Please contact support@monomixai.com first — most problems are solved that way. If you are a consumer in the EU and we cannot resolve the matter, you may turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) as the out-of-court dispute resolution body, or to the equivalent body in your country.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest continues to apply.

17. Terms required by Apple

The following apply to MixPipe obtained through the App Store.

  1. This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for MixPipe or its content.
  2. We grant you a non-transferable licence to use MixPipe on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service, including the Family Sharing rules.
  3. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
  4. If MixPipe fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform are our responsibility.
  5. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to MixPipe, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar law.
  6. We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that MixPipe or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights.
  7. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using MixPipe.
  8. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

Appendix A — Content Rules

These rules apply to everything you create, upload or store with MixPipe, including in the Full version.

You must not create, upload or attempt to generate:

  • any sexual material involving minors, or any material that sexualises a minor, in any style or medium;
  • intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without that person's consent;
  • imagery or video of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including animating someone's photograph, face swaps, and realistic depictions of public figures saying or doing things they did not;
  • material that incites or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm, or that attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation or gender identity;
  • material designed to deceive — fake news footage, fabricated evidence, impersonation, fraud, scams or phishing;
  • material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights;
  • anything unlawful where you are, or where the result will be published.

You must also:

  • have the rights to any photo, video or audio you upload;
  • obtain consent from anyone identifiable in material you upload;
  • disclose that published material is AI-generated where the law requires it;
  • keep AI-marking metadata intact in files you export.

If you break these rules, the request may be refused, the result withheld, and — for serious or repeated breaches — your account suspended or closed (section 13). We report material involving the sexual exploitation of children to the competent authorities.

Reporting. Write to support@monomixai.com with the generation identifier.
