Version 2.0 · 21 September 2026

These Terms govern the MixPipe app for iPhone and iPad. Your agreement is with the publisher of MixPipe ("we", "us"). Support: support@monomixai.com. Publisher contact details are displayed with this document below. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.

1. Free application and eligibility

MixPipe is free. This version has no MixPipe subscription, paid BYOK unlock, internal Credits or mandatory online account. The profile, projects and personal templates are local. We do not provide a MixPipe cloud-generation, backup or public user-template service.

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, or below the age at which you can enter this agreement where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to your use. Your selected provider may impose additional requirements. These product rules do not override local rules about children's data.

2. Your providers, keys and bills

AI features use supported third-party services with credentials you supply (BYOK). You must be entitled to use those credentials and comply with the provider's terms. Keys are saved in device-only Keychain entries and used to authenticate requests to the relevant service. They are not MixPipe account credentials. Never put keys into prompts or support messages.

A free app does not make provider requests free. Generation, assistant and image-analysis requests can incur charges on your provider/OpenRouter account. You pay under your arrangement with that provider. We do not collect these usage charges or control its invoices, quotas, refunds or account limits.

Displayed costs and spending are estimates/local records, not invoices or spending caps. An unavailable estimate does not mean zero cost. Confirm the model, inputs and provider pricing before submitting; set provider-side limits where available.

A timeout, cancellation, refusal, interrupted connection, missing result or unsatisfactory output does not prove that no charge occurred. A retry can be another charged request. The assistant's planning operation may make one correction request when its first structured answer is invalid; that also uses your OpenRouter account. We do not promise successful cancellation or a provider refund. This does not remove any remedy you have against us under mandatory law.

Models, provider access and prices may change. The app does not guarantee continuing access to a particular external service. Local editing, clip assembly and local export do not themselves submit an AI generation; an AI-generated transition is a separate provider operation.

3. Inputs, permission and local work

Generation sends its prompt, parameters and selected references to the chosen provider. Ask/Plan sends your message, assistant instructions and a project summary, including prompt excerpts, through OpenRouter. Image analysis also sends the selected image. Permission is required before protected AI actions; the Privacy Policy explains the flows.

Withdraw permission in Settings → About & Support → Accepted agreements. This preserves the accepted Terms and local work. Future protected AI actions require permission again. Requests already accepted by a provider can finish; withdrawal does not undo earlier transfers, charges or provider-held copies. If saving withdrawal fails, the app blocks new AI actions for the current session and asks you to retry saving before closing it.

Deleting local work or removing a key does not delete data at a provider or revoke the key there. Use that provider's controls. Keep separate copies of important exports: there is no MixPipe account recovery for your local library.

4. Content, results and AI limitations

We claim no ownership of your inputs or results. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for material you use, including identifiable people's consent under Appendix A. A reusable character does not establish those rights. You authorise processing needed for your requested actions, subject to your permissions; this does not authorise us to publish your work or use it in marketing. System sharing sends files to the destination you choose.

We do not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection or commercial-use permission for AI output. Check provider terms and relevant rights before use. Models can produce inaccurate, inappropriate, inconsistent or similar results. Character identity is not guaranteed across generations. Review outputs and assistant proposals; the assistant is automated, not professional advice.

MixPipe attempts to add AI-origin metadata to supported generated files. Writing it can fail, and another app can remove it. A marker is not proof of truth or a guarantee of a visible label. Preserve existing AI markings and provide any disclosure required when publishing.

5. Misuse, support and responsibility

Follow Appendix A. Do not misuse credentials, bypass safeguards, infringe rights, attack services or use the app unlawfully. Reverse engineering is restricted only to the extent applicable law permits. Providers may refuse requests or withhold results under their rules; we do not review every BYOK result or remotely administer your provider account.

Report an issue through Report a problem or support@monomixai.com. Review the report first. Prompt attachment is off unless enabled; your mail app adds the sender address. Do not attach keys or unlawful material. We can address app issues but cannot guarantee recovery/deletion at another service or reversal of its bill. You can stop using MixPipe at any time.

We do not promise uninterrupted third-party availability, error-free results, financial returns or suitability for every purpose. We offer no additional voluntary commercial guarantee beyond our express commitments in these Terms; this does not limit statutory warranties or conformity obligations.

Only where you act in a business capacity rather than as a consumer, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential business losses. This exclusion does not apply to direct losses or to the exceptions below, and does not restrict a consumer's right to compensation.

We remain responsible for our own obligations. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death/personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies for defective digital content remain applicable where the law provides them. Free distribution does not by itself waive those rights. These Terms do not impose a blanket indemnity or require you to bear losses for which we are legally responsible.

Contact support about a dispute. Applicable law determines your remedies and competent courts; these Terms do not restrict mandatory consumer protections. An invalid provision does not invalidate the rest where the law allows it.

6. Updates and Apple licence terms

The current document, with its version and date, is stored locally and readable in Settings. You can save or export a copy, or request an earlier effective version from support. A major Terms change requires renewed acceptance before protected AI actions; editorial/minor updates can be non-blocking. Changes do not retrospectively change a provider's bill.

For copies obtained through the App Store:

  1. This agreement is with us, not Apple. We are responsible for the app and its content.
  2. The licence cannot be transferred. It covers Apple devices you own or control within Apple's usage rules, including permitted Family Sharing and volume-purchase access.
  3. Required maintenance and support are ours to provide; Apple need not supply them.
  4. If an applicable warranty fails, you may notify Apple for refund of the app's purchase price, if any. Other warranty responsibilities and resulting claims remain ours as law requires; Apple's additional obligations are limited as law permits. This does not cover third-party AI charges.
  5. We address product, regulatory, consumer/privacy and intellectual-property claims about the app, including investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of infringement claims.
  6. You confirm you are outside US-embargoed or designated terrorist-supporting countries and not on US restricted-party lists. Follow relevant third-party terms.
  7. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries after your acceptance.

Appendix A — Content Rules

You must not create, upload or attempt to generate:

  • Sexual material involving or sexualising minors, in any medium.
  • Intimate or sexual depictions of a real person without consent.
  • Depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, including face swaps, animated photographs and fabricated acts by public figures.
  • Incitement or glorification of violence, terrorism or self-harm, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation or gender identity.
  • Deceptive footage, fabricated evidence, impersonation, fraud, scams or phishing.
  • Infringement of copyright, trademarks, likeness or other rights; or anything unlawful where you are or where it is published.

Have rights to your image/video/audio inputs and consent from identifiable people; follow provider restrictions, retain AI-origin markings and disclose AI generation when required. Report concerns to support without attaching illegal material. Applicable reporting obligations remain unaffected.
